Tomorrow will be my mother’s birthday. I bought a pair of
shoes for her, and I also want to make some delicious food for her. So I decided to make Russian soup for her. I looked though the
book to find out how to make soup salad. But I can’t understand it. Can you help me to make it Here are the steps.
You need to buy some vegetables and meat. Some beef, one cabbage, four carrots, three potatoes, five tomatoes and one onion.
You will peel the onion and cut up the beef and vegetables.
You will put the beef, carrots and potatoes into a pot and add two bowls of water. Then cook for 30 minutes. You also will add
the cabbage, tomatoes and onion, and cook for another 10 minutes. Oh, don’t forget to add a spoon of salt into the soup.

①含man的名词，一般变man为men。如woman→women,

③复数以en结尾的有child→children, ox→oxen等。
④将ouse改为ice的有mouse→mice, louse→lice(虱子)等。

复合名词变复数
1.以不可数名词结尾的复合名词无复数形式。
