Module12 Save the world
Unit 2 Repeat these three words daily:
reduce, reuse and recycle.
1. 教学目标
1.知识目标
学生能够掌握新单词,例如china, divide, plastic, policy, reuse, bottle, throw away, repeat, reduce, cloth, tons of, rubber, recycling, rapid, step, ,grandson and granddaughter.
学生能够把握文章大意和关于如何绿色生活的细节信息。
2.能力目标
学生能够讨论并且写作关于如何维持良好环境的信息。
学生能够学会预测、抓主旨大意和细节信息,发展相关的阅读技巧。
3.情感目标
学生树立关于环境保护和生态的正确态度。
学生能够从我做起,积极行动起来保护环境。
二.学时重点
1.学生能够掌握新单词和短语,运用所学知识去探讨如何保护环境。
2.学生能够积极行动起来,从我做起去保护环境。

四.学情分析
学生已掌握阅读和理解文章的基础词汇,对于本课的话题,已具备熟悉和讨论的基本能力,需要的是根据新学会的词汇,去系统化所学内容,并且树立环境保护的意识。
五.教学方法:
在本课堂中以任务型教学作为课堂教学设计理念,具体采用互动教学方法,在教学中突出实际性,注重听说的实用性。在课堂教学的不同环节中教室应扮演自身作为设计者,研究者,组织者,促进者和协调者的角色。贯彻教中学,学中用的策略,真正使学生学以致用。

Step 1Warming-up Lead in 1. play a short video about the pollution.2. Show four pictures of four kinds of pollution and ask students to say out.3. Show pictures and ask students to choose the way which they think is green. 1. Say out the topic of the video.2. According to pictures,say out what kind of the pollution is.3.Choose the way they think is green, and say the reason. 通过一段视频导入本节课的主题,环境污染随处可见,请同学们各抒己见讨论污染类型,引出how to be green 这个话题。
Step 2Pre-reading Task 1.Introduce the three main words in this text.2. play the flash of the text and ask students to catch the meanings of the three words.3. Check their answers. 1. Watch the flash and get the meanings of the three words: reduce, reuse and recycle. 2.Show their answers. 播放课文的动画,请同学们带着问题去获取重要的信息,不仅训练了听力能力,也培养了理解力。通过直观的视频,学生更加容易理解三个关键词的意义。
Step 3While- reading(fast reading) Task Ask students to read the passage quickly and divide it into three parts.After dividing, let them match each part with the proper main idea. Read the text by themselves in silence and finish the task. 快速阅读为课文分段,并找出各段大意,让学生对课文有了初步的了解,培养了阅读理解的能力。
While–reading(careful reading) Part11. Do a survey among the students to check whether they are green.2.Ask one student to read out the questions and others show their answers by showing the red or green card. 1. Think about questions and give their answers.2.If their answer is yes, raise up the green card. If their answer is no, raise up the red card. 通过学生间的问答互动活动呈现第一部分内容,让学生意识到环保行为就在我们的身边。举卡片的形式回答问题不仅活跃了课堂气氛,也让教师可以直观了解学生的反馈。
Part21. Ask students to read this part carefully and finish the exercises.2. After finishing, let them compare the answers with their partners.3.Check answers as a whole class. 1.Read the text carefully and do the exercises.2.Check their answers with the partners.3.Some of them say out the answers in class. 通过填空,判断以及问答形式检测学生对每个段落内容的理解程度。在练习过程中加入了we should…so....We shouldn’t….because…..等句型的运用,突出了本节课的重点句式。
Part3Give more clues to students in order to let them realize the necessary of saving the world.Play a short video. Watch the short video. 总结环保的重要性,以视频形式展望美好未来。突出本课的主题,对学生加深环保教育。
Step 4Post-reading 1.Let students think out more actions which are green in our daily life and discuss it with partners.2. Give suggestions and ask them to make a poster. Discuss more about how to be green in pairs.Make a poster . 学以致用,当堂进行反馈,根据本课学习内容制作一份关于环保的海报。教师给出部分文字,降低难度,提高学生的写作水平。将环保教育得以升华。
