Step 1: Warm-up: Greeting

T:Today we’ll learn M3u2 What’s the elephant doing
I’ll divide you into 4 groups. A/B/C/D
Every group has a boat. Try your best to row your boat father.(通过分组比赛的形式,调动孩子们的积极性。)
First, let’s see some pictures.
问: What are they doing 引导学生分别回答:They are doing…
然后播放活动1动画,提问1.What are they doing 2.What is it doing 让学生根据看到的动画回答问题,引出draw这个新单词,新授.
Step3: Text learning.
1.T: Just now, we looked monkeys are playing football and the elephant is drawing pictures.
T:动物们厉害吗?今天我们一起去马戏团逛逛吧,导入活动2的动画。
2.T: 看第一遍动画,回答问题:What other animals can you see
Ss:the tigers, the bird, the horse
板书学生的答案:tigers bird horse
3.T: 看第二遍动画,回答问题:What are the animals doing 看动画,圈出答案。
1.The tigers are jumping.新授jump.
T: Can you jump Let’s jump together. (通过让孩子们做这个跳跃的动作,让孩子们迅速掌握这个单词。)
2.The bird is singing.新授sing.
T: Can you sing?Who can sing a song?(通过让孩子来演唱歌曲,活跃氛围的同时掌握单词。)
3.The horse is dancing.新授dance.
T: Let’s dance together. (播放兔子舞的旋律,让孩子们跟着旋律一起跳起来,在玩中掌握这个单词)
4. 听录音跟读课文。
5. 自己读课文。
6. 分角色读课文。
