一、难点精析
英文书信内容主要包括以下5个部分:
1.信头(Heading)。
信头包括写信人的地址(address)和日期(date)，一般写在信纸的右上方。其顺序为:
第一行写门牌和路名。第二行写学校、市(县)、省名(寄往国外的信件还要写上国名)。即先写小地方，后写大地方(这一点与汉语不同)。
如: 12 Zhongshan Road No. 3 Middle School Guangzhou
在地址下面一行写日期。日期的写法有两种形式：
月、日、年。如Oct,25,2012或Oct,25th,2012.
日、月、年。如1 May,2012或1st,May,2012.
2.称呼语(Salutation)。
称呼语即对收信人的称呼，通常写在写信人的地址和日期下隔一行的信纸左边。写给比较熟悉的人时可用Dear Tom, Dear Xiaoling等。
3.正文(Body)。
正文就是一封信的“主体”从称呼下一行开始写。可以与称呼对齐，每段的开头都应与正文的第一行平齐。
4.结束语(Closing)。
结束语即是写在正文下面的客套话，可与正文平齐。一般可写Best wishes等。
5.签名(Signature)。
签名即在结束语下面,与正文开头齐平，写上自己的姓名。
