Step1: Revision 1. Review the consonants and the vowels. 2. Pay attention to the pronunciation. Step2: Lead in. 1. Motivate the class. 2. Put your hand by your eat and say “Listen.”. 3. Then say “Right, yes” and “wrong, no.” Step3: Listen and read. (part1) 1. Greet the class in English. Indicate “stand up”. 2. Go around the class asking how they are. Tell them to give each other. 3. Tell them to sit down. 4. Play the recording for them to check. Step4: Listen and repeat. 1. Tell the students they are going to listen to a recording. 2. Tell them to look at the pictures in the book and talk about t hem in pairs. 3. This time the class listens, repeat and do what they hear. 4. Say “Listen.” Put your hand by your ear. Students copy the action. 5. Say “Stand up” and motion for them to stand up. Do the same with “Sit down.” Students listen and do the actions. Mix them up (Change the order of instructions): Put up your hand/ Open your books. / Close your books. / Draw. Step5: Match. Tell the students to work in pairs and talk about the sentences. Elicit the answers from the whole class. Nominate students in different parts of the room to match the two parts of each expression. Step6: Work in pairs. Ask the class to stand up, get into pairs and look at their partners. Tell them to tell each other what to do. Step7: Homework. 1. Finish exercise book. 2.让学生在课后继续进行“say and do”的游戏。 3.让学生搜集相关信息,西方人在什么情况下使用“please”一词。

重难点 1.词汇:new, student, here, in, one, two, three, four, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, telephone, number 2.句型:--Are you a new student –Yes, I am. --What class are you in --I’m in Class 3. --What’s your number --It’s… 3.掌握一些数字相关的问答。

师生活动过程 Step1: Lead in. Greet the class. Then bring ten students to the front of the class one at a time. Count them as they come up. Give them each a number to hold. For example, the first has the number ‘one”. Then, with the next count, point to the first, say “one”, point to the next, say “two”. Continue to add students, count and point “one, two, three…” Continue down the line, saying the numbers and students repeating to ten. Show a picture of a girl and a boy. Ask the class if they know them. Say they are “new students”. Ask again and repeat with the class. Show a picture of a teacher. Introduce him. “This is Mr. Chen.” Say the students are in Mr. Chen’s class. Ask about the class. Have the class repeat, “They are in Mr. Chen’s class.” Step2: Listen and read. Ask the class to look at the picture in the book. Elicit who they think the people are. Ask them to listen first and fine out if they are right. Ask them to check with a partner. Then ask who is new. Ask what class she is in. Step3: Listen and read. Dictate telephone numbers to the class. Have them write them down. Read again for them to check. Step4: Work in pairs. 1. Tell the students to write their telephone numbers on a piece of paper. Elicit their numbers by asking “What’s your number ” Repeat the question, chorus it all together. 2. Tell them to draw a table like the one below. Put the students in pairs to ask for each other’s telephone number. Step5: Exercises 完成对话 A: Betty, ______ your telephone number B: _______ seven two six, eight one five. A: _______ are you in B: I’m ______ Class 3. Step6: Homework. 1. 重难点 1.词汇:old, twelve, eleven, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, nineteen, twenty, boy, girl, desk, chair, bag 2.句型:--How old are you --I’m twelve. --How many boys are there --15. 3.掌握询问年龄以及数字算术的简单表达。

Step1: Revision Review the number from one to ten. Ask and answer some questions about numbers. Step2: Lead in. 1. Point to a picture of a boy and a girl. Ask “How old is the boy/ girl ” Say “Nine or ten.” Show numbers on your fingers. 2. Now ask around the class” How old are you ” Repeat the question chorally and individually with the class. Ask the class to ask you. Make yourself smaller or put on a mark and say, “I’m 11.” Step3: Listen and read. (part1) Ask the class to look at the boy in the picture in the book. Ask how old he is. Tell them to listen. Ask if he is 11 or 12. Tell them to listen and read this time to check. Step4: Listen and repeat. Count the students in the class to ten. Continue to count. Write the numbers 11-20 on the board. Point to the numbers and repeat them with the class. Tell the students to choose one of the numbers and write it on a piece of paper. Step5: Listen and point. Write the following sums on the board:2+3=5;9+8=17 Then point to the first and say “Two and three is five.” Tell them this is math in English. Play the recording and ask the students to follow in their books. Step6: Work in pairs. Tell the students to count the boys, girls, desks, chairs, books and bags in their rows. Teach the question and have the students repeat after you. Point to things or people, say the words and nominate students around the room to ask how many there are. Step7: Homework. 1. Finish exercise book. 2. 以小组为单位,学生开展算式听写识别的游戏。 3. 统计学校内各种物品的数量,然后用“How many …are there ”编对话。
