Step1: Warming-up./Revision Review the key sentence structure they have learnt. Work in pairs: ---“How many … are there ” ---There is/are… Step2: Listening and reading Show some school things and ask “What’s this in English ” “How do you spell… ” Listen to the dialogue and read aloud after the tape.(Act.1) Read in pairs and role- play. Listen and point (Act.2) Show some cards and ask “What’s this in English ” Eg: ---What’s this in English ---It’s a bird /book/cat/dog/flower/pen/pencil. ---What’s this in English ---It’s an apple/orange. Step3: Practice 1. Listen and write(Act.3) 2. Work in pairs. Read the dialogue in roles.( Act.4) 3. Make a dialogue like this, using “a football, a bag, a chair, a ruler, a map, an eraser”. 3. Listen and write(Act.5), and then listen again and check.

教学目标 本单元学习关于如何寻求帮助的句型,对于学生相当有用,非常贴合生活实际需要,也非常易学。 能掌握can 的用法 能运用 “Can you help me ,please ”来寻求帮助。
重难点 1.词汇:help, me, of course, classroom, know, say, that, again, welcome 2. 句型:---Can you help me, please ---Yes. ---Can you say that again ---Yes. ---Thank you. ---You are welcome.

师生活动过程 Step1: Warming-up. Walk around the room and ask “Can you help me, please ” Get the class to nod their heads and say, “Yes, of course.” 2. Ask “ How do you spell ‘classroom’ ” Have the class repeat the questions and ask you. Then teach them the answers. 3. Tell them they are going to listen. They need to find out two things: who wants help and who helps. 4. Elicit their answers, then ask what word Daming wants to spell. Play the recording again. 5. Ask them to listen and read to find out how to spell “classroom”. Step2: Listen and read Listen to the tape and read after the tape. Read the dialogue in roles. Step3: Listen and point Tell them to look at the pictures in the book. Call a letter (eg. c) and have the class point at the picture and ask you, “Can you help me, please ” What’s this in English Tell them to listen to the recording twice. Point to the pictures when they hear the word. Step4:Read and match 1. There are eight sentences in the Act.3. Read them and match. Step5: Work in pairs Show some pictures of each of the vocabulary items. Point and ask what each is. Have the class repeat the new words. Now point and say what something is, but say some right and some wrong. They have to shout “Right” or “Wrong”. If it is right, they ask “How do you spell it ” You spell and write it on the board. Step6:write 1. Put the students in groups of seven to read and talk about the dialogue. Decide what the missing words are. 设计意图

师生活动过程 Step1: Warming-up./Revision Listen to an English song. “Colours”. Review the key sentence structure they have learnt. Eg. ---What’s this in English ---It’s a bag. ---What colour is the bag ---It’s black. Show some things and ask students what colour they are. Step2: Listen and point Look at the colours in the book. Ask the students to point and say a colour. Tell them to listen to the recording now and point at the colours they hear. Put the students in pairs. Ask them to listen and point at colours in their partners’ book. Step3:Look, read and match Tell the students to look at the pictures in the book and ask the same questions in Act.2. Tell them to read the questions and answers on their own and match them. Step4:Work in pairs Ask the class about the colours of the different things in the pictures. Have them repeat “telephone”. Nominate a student to ask the question and say “telephone”. Nominate another to answer. Do the same with the other pictures. Put the students in pairs to practise. Step5: Write Students read the words aloud in pairs or groups of three, one says and the other one or two spell. Tell them to decide if it is something in the classroom, an animal, a plant or a colour. Elicit an example of each from the class. Tell them to write the words in the right box. Step6: Look at the pictures in Act.3 and write. 设计意图
