1) healthy的用法：
healthy 为形容词，意为“健康的”。E.g.: healthy food 健康食品
其名词形式为health, 意为“健康”。
2) For breakfast/lunch/dinner, I like... 早饭/午饭/晚饭我喜欢（吃）...。E.g.:
We often eat rice for lunch. 我们午餐常吃米饭。(= For lunch, we often eat rice.)
3)“like/have +食品+for+某餐”是固定句型，表示“某餐喜欢（吃）...”。E.g.:
What do you have for breakfast 早餐你吃什么？
4) I don’t want to be fat. 我可不想变胖。
① want to be... 表示“想要成为...; 想要变得...”, 动词be之后接形容词或名词。E.g.:
Do you want to be a teacher 你想成为一名老师吗？
② I don’t want to be old! 我可不想变老！
fat有“肥胖”之意，表达较为直接。在英语中，人们比较忌讳使用这个词，
而是委婉地改用其他说法。E.g.：I don’t want to be overweight(超重).
