you run. I was so unprepared for my first run that I hurt myself
and had to quit the race halfway.
A: Ouch! Any other tips you can give me
B: Well, you're going to be running for a long time, so don't run too
fast for the first hour or you won't have enough energy left for the rest of the race.
A: Right. And I suppose I ought to get a big breakfast before, right
B: Sure, but your last meal should be at least one hour before you run. And don't drink too much while running, or it'll make you feel sick.
A: One hour before… OK. That's really helpful. Thanks so much. See you on race day!
