How to keep healthy
Good health is very important. And I’m very healthy. But, how to keep healthy
We must go to bed early, get up early. I always try to sleep 8-9 hours every night and I have a good rest after work or study. Staying up(熬夜) late at night is bad for our health. Don’t stay up late all the time.
We should eat more healthy food. For example, vegetables and fruits. I eat fruits and drink milk every day. Usually I eat pears and apples 3-4 times every week. And I drink milk twice a day. I know junk food is delicious, but it’s bad for your health. Don’t eat too much. Also, remember “ Good food for breakfast, more food for lunch and less food for dinner. ”
We must take more exercise every day, such as doing some running, swimming, playing basketball and so on. I run every morning. In the afternoon, I often play basketball. I play ping pong every day.
