Everyone makes resolutions, but keeping them is hard. Although it is difficult to keep t hem, we should never give up. Here I want to share something about Gabriel Muniz with you.
Gabriel Muniz was born without feet. Although his family didn't think he could live a common life, he started walking when he was one year old. Gabriel made a resolution to be a football player and he made it when he grew up.
Gabriel knows he'll never be able to play in a professional (职业的) football team because of his disability (残疾), but he still keeps playing football. He hopes he can take part in a real football match, but not in Paralympic(残奥会).
In September, 2012, Gabriel went to Spain and met Messi. He also showed his talent in the Barcelona Football Club. He moved fast and played football very well. It was very exciting to watch Gabriel play football.
Only a few of us keep our resolutions because we think they are too difficult to keep. Gabriel Muniz set a good example for us. When you make a resolution, nothing can stop you from keeping it.
