让步状语从句
一、让步状语从句的概念
让步状语从句是状语从句的一种，一般翻译为“尽管；虽然；即使”。
二、though / although引导的让步状语从句
1. though与although通常可以互换，但although比较正式。如：
I’d quite like to go out, although / though it is a bit late. 虽然有点晚了，但我很想出去。
2. though可以与even连用，但although不可以与even连用。如：
Even though he is 80, he goes to swim once a week. 尽管他80岁了，他还是每星期去游一次泳。
3. though / although不可以与but或however连用，但可以与yet连用。如：
She promised to come, yet hasn’t turned up until now, though. 虽然她承诺会来，但她到现在还没出现。
4. 其他连接词：even if / though。如：
We’ll make a trip even if / though the weather is bad. 即使天气不好，我们也要去旅行。
