在写作过程中需要明确以下几点：
1. 因为文章是介绍人物生平及其事迹，所以一般需要以时间为顺序。且此类文章多用过去时态；
2. 介绍人物，需要在文末对人物进行评价。评价时要注意使用本单元所学的相关词句。

A respected person
Quan Hongchan was born on 28 March, 2007 in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province.
On 5 August, 2021, Quan Hongchan won the gold medal in the women’s 10-metre platform diving at the Tokyo
Olympics. Soon, the girl’s name appeared in many newspapers, magazines and on TV shows.
Quan’s success surprised lots of people. Her father is a farmer. Her mother is in poor health after an accident in 2017, and it made their lives much harder. However, Quan worked hard every day. In 2018, Quan joined the Guangdong diving team and she took every competition seriously. In 2020, she
joined the national team. Finally, she got the chance to take part in the Tokyo Olympics.
Quan is a girl who never gives up when she faces the problems. She is respected by many people and we are all proud of her.
