1. 接电话者往往先说话，问候来电者(caller)，并表明自己的身份；
2. 来电者问候接电话者，表明自己的身份并陈述自己来电的原因；

Einstein often received invitations to explain his theories at different universities. One evening， Hans offered to give a lecturebecause Einstein was very tired. So they changed places. They left the university， with Einstein driving.
