Analysis of students:
Before class,students have already got in touch with the new words in unit8 and preview the article.It is important for students further master the new words and phrases.What’s more, it’s necessary to develop their reading strategies.Moreover, the students in Grade9 develop fast in their thinking ability,and they acquired more foundation of English language and its structure.Their self-awareness is enhanced,and they have a strong
sense of curiosity and long for expression.Besides,some students have read the article in Chinese before.Therefore,it is easy for them to understand the passage.In addition,the speaking ability of students is their weak point.The teacher should pay attention on improving their speaking by different practices.
