教学设计I'd like some noodles.
一、设计理念
本节课是一节阅读课，是对本单元之前所学知识的巩固和拓展。教师通过创设各种阅读任务来训练学生的阅读能力，同时在教学中渗透中西文化比较和跨文化理解的内容。

本节课为学生呈现了一篇以生日食物为主题的短文。之前的课时侧重于对学生听和说的能力的训练，本节课主要是侧重于对学生阅读能力的训练。短文为学生介绍了不同国家生日宴饮食的差异，让学生领略了异国饮食文化的魅力，丰富了学生的见识，拓展了学生的视野，并为学生的写作训练积累素材做了铺垫。
三、学情分析：21教育网
初二的学生已经具有了一定的阅读技巧和方法。大部分学生能够在老师的引导下，运用恰当的阅读技巧来完成教师设计的阅读任务。在完成教学任务的过程中，学生小组合作探究学习的方式可以活跃学生学习思维，激发他们参与课堂活动的欲望。

语言能力目标：让学生谈论不同国家的生日食物。
情感目标：
1.阅读有关饮食文化的书籍，更多的了解不同国度的饮食文化和习俗。

They bring good luck to the birthday person. 出示教学目标，让学生明白本节课重点。通过观看视频，引出生日这一话题。师询问学生生日喜欢吃什么，并询问学生别的国家的人会在生日的时候吃什么，为阅读文章做好铺垫。帮助学生养成快速浏览文章的阅读习惯。在地图直观的呈现答案，有助于学生更好的理解课文内容。通过完成判断正误T/F，让学生再一次熟悉文章，更好的把握文章的细节，加深对文章的理解。这些问题的设计是为了让学生学会先读问题，然后根据问题中的关键词有针对性地到文中寻找答案的阅读技巧，从而训练他们阅读的速度和理解水平。通过细读，学生可以了解到不同国家的生日传统饮食文化代表的特殊含义, 从而让学生品味不同地域的饮食文化。本环节所涉及的是课标词汇，通过这样的练习形式，让学生掌握在阅读中遇到新单词通过句意或上下文猜测词义的方法。通过朗读课文的过程来进行阅读理解之后对文章整体的熟悉。在此过程中给学生的要求是找出自己不理解的难点。学生借助提示词复述各个国家的生日宴习俗，进一步“梳理”和“压缩”课文内容，从而进一步加深对篇章的理解和把握，并通过评价有效地提高学生的学习积极性。
