Listening and Speak up
1.教学目标:
1.Let students master how to talk about their daily lives.
2.Let students know how to get the key words and useful information.
3. Learn the new words and phrases: guitar, market ,get up,go to bed,etc.
4.Let students know how to use when,where and what to ask about others' daily lives.
二.教学重点
Let students master how to use when,where and what to get the useful information while listening.
三.教学难点
Let students master how to use Special Question and Frequency Adverb to ask and answer correctly.
4.教学过程
Step 1: Lead in
Show students a short video about the weekends of one student, then let some students talk about their weekends.
Step 2.Pre-listening:
1. Let students look at the four pictures, then ask some student to talk about what they are doing in the pictures in English.
2. Let students guess the content of the pictures on P20. After listening, let them check if they are right.
Step 3.While-listening
1. First, ask students pay attention to the wh- questions in the listening.(The most useful information may follow by the wh- questions.)
2. Play the record, and let students fill the missing words in the blanks.
3. Check the answers with students, and learn the new words.
Step 4.After-listening
1. Let students work in pairs to prepare an interview.(Imagine that you are a report from the school newspaper. Ask Jack about his weekend.)
2. Ask some student show their interviews to the class.
Step 5. Speak up
1. Let students take turns to ask and answer questions in pairs, and complete the classmate`s daily schedule.(Let them remember to use when, what, how and usually to ask their classmates about his or her daily life.)
2. After that, let some students talk about his or her classmate`s daily life according to the schedule.
