of salt of sugar
You do these:
Wash and peel the potatoes.

Cut the potatoes, tomatoes and carrots into small pieces.

Put the salt, carrots and potatoes in water. Cook for 20 minutes.

Put in the tomatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
