学习目标 语言知识目标能听、说、认读tall and strong，short and thin，quiet，friendly等描述人物特征的单词和词组；能听懂、会说本课对话“I have a good friend. He’s tall and strong.”“Who is he ”“His name is...”。思维能力目标能够向别人简单介绍自己的朋友及其外貌特征。（三）学习能力目标能利用本课所学的形容词来描述自己的朋友。文化品格目标加深学生彼此间的了解，建立正确的互爱互助的朋友关系。
重点 能听、说、认读等描述人物特征的单词和词组
难点 能够理解并掌握句型“I have... He / She is...”

导入新课 1.Let’s chant:friends教师播放儿歌视频,注意里面出现的描绘人物外貌的词汇。2.Revision说反义词游戏：课件出示猫和老鼠，大小恐龙，胖瘦猫等图片，通过对比，复习tall，short，long，big，small等形容词。 边听边唱读一读说一说 复习旧知，为学生学习新知及语言的输出做铺垫。
讲授新课 Lead in呈现John和朋友的图片What are their names Who is John’s friend 1.Let’s guess猜一猜He is a boy.He is tall and strong.Who is he His name is _________.Strong, strong, strong. I’m strong.用拼读法拼读strong的读音。2.He is a boy.He is short and thin.Who is he His name is _______.I have a good friend. His name is John.
