Unit 5 You are supposed to shake hands教学设计
一、教学目标
1.通过对话练习,能正确运用|supposed/expected to do等句型表达应该干某事。
2. 通过听力练习,能正确地填空和回答问题。
3. 通过场景对话、角色表演,可以谈论不同国家的见面习俗,时间观念,穿衣规则,学会在不同场合的得体表现,提升跨文化意识。
二、教学重难点
教学重点:
1、听三段对话,分别完成连线、填空和回答问题三项任务。
2、看微课,回答问题。
3、正确运用|supposed/expected to do等句型表达应该干某事。
教学难点:
1、通过role-play,让学生操练目标句型,体验各个国家的礼仪习俗,表演得生动自然。
2、根据思维导图总结整节课的内容。
三、教学方法
微课教学、多媒体教学以及任务教学。
四、教学过程:

通过和学生握手近距离交谈,引出“In China, we usually shake hands to greet each other.”进而引出外国的打招呼习俗。
【设计意图】因为教学环境符合实际情况,和同学们第一次见面握手打招呼很自然,拉近与学生的距离。
Scene 1:
Step 1:|让学生小组讨论这些国家怎样打招呼。
【设计意图】给学生一个缓冲的时间,了解紧接下来的视频内容。
Step2: 看视频连线。
【设计意图】了解各国的打招呼习俗。
Step 3: 用指定句型练习上述习俗。

【设计意图】正确运用句型表达应该干某事。
Step 4: 让学生看视频,口头回答问题。

【设计意图】了解学生的掌握情况。
Step 5: 同桌合作做游戏“Travel with me. Greet rightly”。
【设计意图】给学生设置travel的情景,在有趣味性的游戏中练习如何在各个国家与人见面打招呼,更易于学生接受,激发学生的学习兴趣。
★ 德育:It’s important to greet rightly.
Scene 2:
Step 1: 听对话填空。
