课题优质课说课稿
各位评委老师:
上午好,今年,我有幸参与了课题《小组合作学习的策略及评价研究》。今天我就以下3个方面说说我是如何以课题为依托,以课堂为实验阵地进行探索和实践的。
一、说课题
1、课题研究的价值和意义
小组合作的学习方式顺应现在素质教育的要求,并且能够促进学生合作与探究,增强团队意识,促进学生健全人格的发展。开展小组间的合作学习,能够培养学生的合作意识,实现优势互补,促进知识的建构,给每一个学生创造主动参与学习过程的机会,使每个学生都得到发展。
同时,在课题的引领下,教师会不断地充实自己的知识储备,不断的提高自己的教育技能,不断的思考各种教育现象,不断的反思课堂教学的成败,这些都会促进教师的专业化成长。
2、研究的目标
⑴ 调查分析目前小组建设的情况,寻找对策,探索提高小组合作学习有效性的方法和途径,提高课堂教学效率。
⑵科学的、合理的进行小组合作学习建设与分工,增强学生合作的意识,培养学生合作的能力,为学生的可持续发展奠定基础。
3、研究的内容
⑴课堂教学中小组建设的调查研究。
⑵课堂教学中小组合作学习策略的研究。
⑶合作学习评价策略的研究。
二、以课题为依托的课堂案例
本课选自人教版 九年级 全一册 U4 《I used to be afraid of the dark》Section A (1a-2c)。 就本堂课而言,我安排了pair work 和group work等活动为学生提供合作学习的环境和条件,学生通过参与对话、讨论、表达、倾听等形式来开展合作学习。

1. Knowledge Objects
⑴ Key words:Humorous, silent, helpful
⑵Target language ---Mario used to be short.
---Yes, he did. Now he is tall.
2. Ability Objects
⑴ Train Ss’ listening and speaking skills.
⑵ Let the Ss learn the listening strategies.
3. Moral Objects:Learn to know the importance of communication and try to judge themselves correctly.

Step One Warming up
1.Show a picture of me and let the students find the differences and have a PK to think the words about appearance.(激活学生的知识储备,活跃课堂。)
2.At the same time, fill in the chart in 1a. Let some students add more.(完成1a)
Step Two :presentation
Look at the picture of page 25. Tell the students their names .In the picture, Bob says “Mario, you used to be short , didn’t you ” What does that mean Tell the students the new knowledge. (导出新语句)
Step Three :1b Listening
1. Let the students read the sentences in 1b.Think of some listening skills before listening. Guess how to get the right answers. Let’s see which group has the best ideas. I hope the Ss can learn to use the picture and the structure to get some help. I also hope the Ss can know how to write quickly.(合作探究,引导学生学习一些听力策略。)
2. Play the recording and let the Ss listen and check the answers. (听力技能训练)
3.Ask the students to describe the pictures using “used to”.(新知巩固)
Step Four : Group work
Prepare Bob’s friends’ photos .They are photos about their now and past. Ask Ss to look at the photos and then ask and answer like 1C .I’ll ask a group to have the pictures and ask another group to ask questions. Anyone who can’t ask and answer shouldn’t be allowed to sit down. Each can only have one chance. They should ask and answer according to the pictures. I can give them two minutes to get ready for it. At last, We will give the green cards to the winner groups,and red cards for the students who are sitting down in both groups.(组内合作,组间合作交流,收获合作的快乐)
Step Five: 2a
Ask some students to think of some words about personality, and then lead in the new words.(学习新单词)
Let a student read the words in 2a, make sure they can know every word’s meaning. Then let them listen .
Step Six:2b
Look at the sentences in 2b , and deal with two phrases. Before listening, remind the Ss to guess the answers. Then let the Ss listen and write the answers. If they need to listen again, I’ll play it again.
Ask the Ss to check the answers.(个人展示)
Step Seven: Make conversations about Paula using the information in 2b.
Work in pairs to make conversations as below.(结对活动,在合作中交流对话)
Step Eight: Group work
Try to know what your classmates in your group used to be like. First ask ,then write a report. The teacher can give them a chart and some sentence patterns to help them.(小组合作,共同提升,组间竞争,相互激励)
Step Nine: Have a summary.
Homework:Ask your parents what they used to be like. Then write an article.
三、研究过程中的体会与困惑
结合今天的课堂,我认为,小组合作的学习方式首先对教师提出了很高的要求。合作是学生的事,教师必须首先为其提供可能。这个可能就需要教师有很强的专业知识,具备挖掘教材的能力并且从教材中提炼出可以让学生深度思考的问题和情景。通过这样的问题和情景,学生才觉得合作有意义,从而愿意去参与合作。还有就是教师既然把学生分成了不同的小组,那么就必须要看到这些小组,将这些小组看成一个一个的整体,要想办法去创设能够让他们维系在一起的情景,时常制造一些“矛盾”,激发他们不得不去团结起来,共同合作。
小组合作学习使学生主体性地位得以确立,学生合作意识增强,课堂效率有所提高。但在实施过程中仍出现许多问题、难题。第一,仔细观察,在学生进行小组活动时,很多同学的个人责任感不强,导致最终展示与做报告者通常是同一人,例如小组长。因此如何使得小组成员角色明确化是我目前的困惑之一。另外,要想使小组之间形成好的竞争机制,评价是不可缺少的,而实际上,我通过反思自己的课堂,觉得自己还没有形成一套公平全面的评价体系。如何把学生的不同表现进行细致的量化还是我目前应该思考的。尽管困难和疑惑还有很多,我相信,只要不停的努力,我们课题小组的全体成员一定能够克服困难,不断进步!
