Step 1 Review 第一步复习(时间:10分钟)1.Greet students ready for learning.2.Ask the students some questions to present the expressions . Show a picture of a shop, then say I need some food,ask“ Would you like to go with me ”Answer:“Yes, I’d like to.”引导学生回答:“I’d love to.”为后面作铺垫。Step 2 Presentation 第二步呈现(时间:8分钟)1.Show some photos of my family. They’re about picnic. Ask the students some questions to present the expressions of making a phone call to invite somebody and some new words, e.g. picnic, up, free, call, this is..., would you like to...2.Prepare four questions before listening to help the students guess what the conversation may be. Play the tape, answer follow questions. 1. Who will go this Sunday 2. What do they want to do 3.Where will they go Step 3 Consolidation 第三步巩固(时间:10分钟)1.Do 1b. Read 1a again and fill in the blanks in 1b individually. Check the answers with your partner. Then the whole class check the answers together. When(This Sunday) Where(the West Hill)2.Read 1a after the tape. Pay attention to the liaison of “What’s up ” and “Would you like to... ” Then practice the conversations in pairs.Step 4 Practice 第四步练习(时间:10分钟)1. Do 1c. Complete the following telephone conversation in 1c individually. Then check the answers with your partner. Practice the conversation in pairs. Finally, some pairs act out the conversations.2.Do 2. Read the statements in 2 before listening. Predict what the conversation in 2 may be. Then listen to the tape and mark T or F. Listen again and check the answers with your partner. Then the whole class check the answers together.
