According to the Junior High School English Curriculum Standards that requests the students who are in Grade 7 should achieve level 3.In this lesson, students are going to learn how to write a story according to some simple pictures and be able to know some rules of writing a story.
学情分析 The students of Grade Seven always like something fresh and interesting. As the students learn English for some time, they should learn to write a short story in English based on some simple pictures, but most of them don’t know how to write a story logically and orderly. According to this situation, the teacher can encourage them with some easy English after activities, especially to create opportunities for all students to practice and discuss with group members and try their best to express their ideas. Let them enjoy success and work together to finish writing.
教学目标 1. Students are able to know the basic structure of writing a short story.2. Students learn to add elements like when, where, who, why, what and how in a story. 3.Students learn to use a mind map to write a similar story based on the passage given.4.Students learn to put information orderly by using time order, logic order referents and words of showing the feelings. 5.Students can know how to give a proper point according to peer checklist after reading classmates story.
