2022年3月二级考试的听力部分，选材围绕“人与自然，人与社会，人与自我”三大主题语境展开，话题贴近日常生活，包括旅游、健康饮食、工作、人际交往等等。此次考试中，试题结构沿袭以往的模式，仍然是23343。事实细节题13个，推理判断题6个，主旨大意题1个，没有观点态度题。难度适中，没有复杂句及生僻词。疑问词分布为：15个what、2个where、1个why、1个who、1个how many。总词数为892词，平均语速约为127词/分。此次考试采用的仍然是2021年9月二级听力考试主播。
