Language points
1.It’s never too late to start an album of family photos.
too…to…意为“太……而不能……”，too后接形容词或副词，to后接动词原形。too…to…结构表达否定意义。

【注意】
当too前有表示否定意义的词not, never, nothing等时，too…to…结构表达肯定意义。
