Clean your wound(伤口) first, then You should wrap your fingers in something clean, and keep it cold as best you can. You can stick Band - aids on it.
What should you do when you cut your fingers
What should you do when you sprain your ankle (扭脚) and the swelling (肿胀) won’t go down?
Sit on your couch/chair and prop your ankle up on pillows or the coffee table.
Lay a towel over your ankle and put a bag of ice on top. (NEVER put ice directly on your skin.) Leave the ice there for 20 minutes, keep it off for 20 minutes and repeat.
What should you do when you break your bones
Remove(移开) clothing from the broken parts. You may need to cut clothing off with scissors to prevent causing your child any unnecessary pain.
Provide a cold compress or ice pack wrapped in cloth.
Do not put it directly on the skin.
Place something firm (硬) (like a board or rolled-up newspapers) next to the injured part
Don't eat, in case first aid is needed.
