教学环节 step1 : Warmer Revise the words according to the cards. 2. Revise the names of the countries according to looking at the stamps: England, china, Canada, America …. Step2: Learn the new sentences. Look at the stamp and the teacher ask: T: Where is this stamp from Ss: This stamp is from England. 2. Practise the dialogue . 3. The teacher draw some stamps on the board and ask: T: Where are these stamps from Ss:These stamps are from….. Work in pairs and show the results.5. Then in order to practice the dialogue ,the teacher can show more pictures about people, desks, …….then have the students practice the dialogue. 6. Show the results. Step3: Learn the part 1: listen and repeat. Listen and draw the pictures and have a student come to the front to draw the picture. Listen and repeat Listen and repeat again. Read the text. Show the results. The teacher show another stamps , have the students describe them. Step4: Listen and say. Then say the poem. Listen and read the words. 2. The teacher write word”need” on the board and explain the structures: need + n. need+to +verb. Teacher make some sentences and have the students understand the using of the structures. 3. Have some students make sentences according to the Chinese. Listen and say the poem. 5. Say the poem together. 6. Show the results. Step5. Learn the part 4: then ask and answer. At first, the teacher make an example: I need to sleep. I need some money. I need a big beautiful house. I need to go swimming. 2. Have the students think over and say four things about their need. 3. Have the students say. 4. Give a remark. Step6. Activity book Ask and answer. 2. Listen and read. Then answer the questions. 3. Listen and complete the table. Step7. Homework.Finish the part 4: write four things that you need. Copy the text 2 times. Find out some information about Thankgiving . Draw a picture about Chinese festival. Eg: Mid-autumn, Spring Festival, Children’s Day, Teacher’s Day, New Year’s Day………. 老师把邮票的图片让学生先猜一猜这张邮票是来自哪个国家的，然后再一起复习一下这节课要学习到的国家名。 把前面画成一幅的图片再加上一张或是更多张就变成了复数，这样可以让学生非常直观的理解单数与复数的不同，并且让他们自己好好的比较一下并总结出他们的不同之处，这样效果会更好一点。 让学生在学习了课文的基础上，有利用知识对其他的邮票进行描述，这样就可以检测一下学生学习的情况，同时可以让学生拿出自己带来的邮票进行描述，这样可以提高学生的兴趣。
