-以初中英语《Lesson 37 What’s Your Hobby》为例
课堂是进行教育教学的主阵地。我们处在信息的时代,课堂教学需要注入更多新的元素,使之焕发新的活力,从而优化课堂教学,提高教学质量,由传统的“认知型、灌输型、封闭型、统一型”向“视、听、说”的教学模式转变。本人运用101教育PPT备授课软件进行英语教学,通过视听结合、图文并茂的多媒体资源,以及将知识点化繁为简的学科工具,增强学生对抽象知识点的理解与感受力,从而打造高效课堂,帮助学生更好地吸收学习内容。我以冀教版八年级上册《Lesson 37 What’s Your Hobby》为例,谈谈我是如何运用101教育PPT进行英语教学的。
课例呈现
Step 1 Greeting and lead-in
The teacher asks students some questions: Do you know “hobby” What hobbies do you know
The teacher chooses some students to give their answers.
The teacher shows the students a video and the students say these hobbies together.
The teacher writes down the title “Lesson 37 What’s Your Hobby ”
Purpose of my designing: The vedio can arouse students’ interests. It is easy for them to follow me and understand what we will learn today.
赋能路径:利用“录课”功能将What hobbies do you know 制成一分钟的小视频,由学生自主观看,并且跟读,吸引学生的注意力,导入新课。
Step 2 Important expressions
The teacher shows the students some pictures about her own hobbies to present how to answer “What’s your hobby ”
The teacher chooses some students to practice the important expressions:I like/love doing. I like/love to do. I am interested in doing. My hobby is doing.I enjoy doing.
The teachers shows the students some other pictures about “Why do you like it ”
Purpose of my designing: The teacher explains important expressions with four pictures of her own. The students will be interested in these pictures .
Step 3 Reading
Listening
(1)Listen to the dialogue, write down the hobbies and finish the mind-map
(2)The teacher chooses some students to give their answers
(3)Check the answers
Purpose of my designing: The students are interested in vedio and the mind map. These make students understand the dialogues easily and clearly.
赋能路径:利用“插入-形状”来绘制思维导图,让学生来完成练习,理解课文。
2.Reading
Give the students two minutes to read the dialogue and find the important phrases
Explain these phrases: in one’s spare/free time; keep healthy; enjoy doing; be interested in; all kinds of; trade sth. with sb.
Role-play
There are seven people in this dialogue. The teacher chooses seven students to role-play the dialogue.
Purpose of my designing: The students understand the important sentences and phrases through role-playing the dialogue.
Step 4 Make an interview
The teacher chooses one students as a reporter. He/She will ask four students three question.
The reporter choosess four students’ posters to help them make the interview.
Purpose of my designing: The students are surprised at who will be the reporter and whose posters will be presented. At the same time the practice important phrases and sentences through the interview.
赋能路径:PPT上显示六个学生的海报,设置循环放映,按ESC键终止,就像抽奖一样,抽中四名学生的海报,即四名学生,来进行相应的采访练习对话。
Step 5 Make a dialogue
The students discuss their own hobbies with their partners.
Choose some groups to present their dialogues in front of the class.
The teacher will present their posters when they make a dialogue.
Purpose of my designing:The students practice important phrases and sentences again.
赋能路径:教师利用手机上的101PPT软件,把提前上交的学生海报投屏到PPT上,来决定对话练习的人选。
Step 6 Homework
Homework:
Write a short passage about your hobby.
*What is your hobby *When do you do it *Why do you like it
101教育PPT使用感受
在运用101教育PPT授课时经常会有这样的感受:整节课信息量大,学生积极性高,参与性强,课堂效率高。平时对英语不感兴趣的同学都能认真听,模仿并积极张嘴读和说,学生的感受是能听懂、掌握一些英语方面的知识,学习兴趣及自信心都有了提高。
在制作课件过程中,教师的信息意识不断加强,从而考虑到哪些知识内容适合多媒体展现,师生如何交互,从而确定哪种设计方案更适合自己的需要。通过制作、运用多媒体课件,会对自身的教学实践进行反思。在运用101教育PPT过程中,教师会对自身的信息素养得到了提高,对教学设计有了更深刻的认识。
