1. 语言知识 language knowledge
学会对人的外貌进行描写,从身高,体型,头发来描写。 Students will be able to describe appearances including height, build and hair.
2. 语言技能 language skills:
加强听、说、读、写能力的训练;对输入信息进行有效分析、整合并输出;用所学的语言语法知识进行交流、采访、撰稿和演讲。 Students will be trained on listening, speaking, reading and writing. They will analyze and synthesize information. Besides, they will use what they have learnt to communicate, interview others and make a speech.

自主学习:要求学生采取自主学习的方式,对课文进行有目的的预习。Self-directed learning: students will learn by themselves. They need to preview the text.
合作学习:在活动中相互探讨,交流,从而获得知识,技能和情感体验,提高能力。Learning in a team: students will discuss and communicate to get the knowledge and skills.
5. 文化意识 cultural awareness
培养学生正确的审美观,不以貌取人,懂得心灵美好比外表美好更重要。Students will realize what beauty really is. People can’t judge a person by their appearance. Inner beauty is more important than what outside.
学生可通过对不同人物的描述及看法,促进学生之间和老师之间的情感交流增进友谊。
Students can have more proper communication with other students and the teacher by describing the characteristics and appearances of their friends.
