Step 2 Pre-task Activity 1a &1b 1.The T can make Ss talk about the picture in 1a. 2.The T can make Ss read the expressions in chorus and then do the exercises in 1a . 3.Before listening, the T may guide Ss to review the prepositions of position by describing the positions of these places in the picture in 1a to prepare for the following listening. 4. While listening, the T can play the recording for the first time and Ss finish the task in 1b. Step4 Post-task Activity 2c & 2d 1.Focus on the conversations in 2c & 2d. 2.Use the information in 2a and 2b to talk about the books. 3.Practice reading.Make the students scan the conversations first. 4.Teach and then make students role-play the conversations in pairs. 5.Play the recording and ask the students to listen and repeat 2d. 【梳理-总结】 一、特殊疑问词引导的宾语从句 宾语从句是特殊疑问句时,引导词用原来的特殊疑问词,语序要用陈述句语序,即主谓结构。 Could you tell me Where is the post office (合并成一句) Could you tell me where the post office is 注:如果是由do,does,did构成的疑问句作宾语从句,要先去掉do,does,did,且根据主句时态把谓语动词变成相应的时态。其它的可提前动词除了要跟主语交换位置外,也要注意时态的变化。 二、Could you please… 的用法 Could you please…+动词原形…?常用来便是委婉地请求,意为“请你做……好吗?”其否定形式为Could you please not…+动词原形…?意为“请不要做……好吗?”Could you please not park here 请别在这停车好吗? 【反馈-检测】 一.单项选择 1.—Could you please tell me______ —Two months ago.
