1. Usually we do morning exercises first.
first 此处用作副词，意为“首先，起初”。
①用作序数词，意为“第一”。
He is the first one to come to school.
他是第一个来学校的（人）。
②用作形容词，意为“最初的，首先的”。
The first thing for us is to learn English.
对我们来说首要的事就是学好英语。
2. They are all nice to me.
be nice to ... 意为“对……好”，相当于be good to ...
这里的to是介词，后面一般接表示人的名词或代词的宾格。
The teachers are nice/good to us all.
老师对我们都很好。
