Step 1 Warming up
Enjoy the Food Song. Let students sing and dance together.
Step2 Presentation
1. Play a game.
Ask one of the students to touch the things in the bag.
T: What's this/that
S1: It's an...
T: I like (oranges). Do you like (oranges)
S1:Yes,I do .
(Ask another student. )
T: Do you like (oranges)
Sg: No, I don't.
Show the students the pictures of other fruit, vegetables and food. Teach the new words in the same way with the pictures.
2. Translate the words into English. Then read and spell them.

Step4 Group work
Present the countable nouns and the uncountable nouns.
T: Look!What are these (Show a picture. )
S: They are oranges.

T: What's this (Show another picture. )
S2: It's rice.
T: Can we count it Can we say a rice
S2: Sorry, I don't know.
T: We can't say a rice because it is an uncountable noun. Nouns include the countable nouns and the uncountable nouns. Countable nouns can be counted with number,and we usually add -s or -es to make the plural. For example,we can say an apple, two apples, three apples. Uncountable nouns can't be counted with number, and they don't have plurals. For example, we can say milk, rice, but we can't say milks, rices.
T: Look at the pictures. Fill in the chart. (Show some pictures of fuits and vegetables. )
Check the answers and work in groups.

2.名词分为可数名词和不可数名词。可数名词可以计数,分为单数和复数两种形式,指单个人或物时用单数形式,其前可用冠词a/an,基数词_one等修饰;指两个或两个以上的人或物时用复数形式。不可数名词没有复数形式,其前不能用a/an, 基数词或many等修饰,但可以用some, much 等修饰。
3.可数名词复数形式的变化规则:
(1)一般在词尾加。
book- -books bag- bags
(2)以s, x,ch, sh 结尾的词,一-般在 词尾加-es。
class- classes watch一watches box一boxes brush- -brushes
(3)以“辅音字母+y"结尾的词,先将y变为i,再加-es.
strawberry- strawberries family- families
(4)以o结尾的词,有的加一,有的加-es.
photo- photos tomato- tomatoes radio- radios
(5)以f或fe结尾的词,先将f或fe变为v再加-es.
knife- -knives shelf- shelves

Step 1 Revision
Make a survey about the food you and your partners like and dislike.
Then report it after the model:

step 2 Presentation
T: Now look at the screen. This Sunday is Jim's birthday. He will have a birthday party. What will they eat on his birthday Please look at the pictures.
(Learn the new words: birthday,dinner,weck,food,vegetable,fruit,apple. egg,carrot,rice,chicken..)
T:Translate the words and phrases into English. Read and remember them.

Step4 Practice
1. Underine the correct words in the brackets in 3a. Then check the answers. Finally let them read out the sentences in class aloud.

在一般现在时的句子中:
(1)助动词do和does用于否定包、疑问包及其简略答语中。当主语为第- - 人称(, we).第二人称(you)及第三人称复数(they)时,用do:当主语为第三人称单数(he/she/it等)时用does.
注意: 在否定句中do, does 通常与not缩写为don't, doesn't .
(2)助动词do和does后的谓语动词用原形。
(3)当主语为第三人称单数时,“喜欢”用likes,其他时候用like.
(4)可数名词可用复数形式表示类别:不可数名词没有复数形式。

1. Ask your classmates about the food they like and don't like. Make a chart like that in 3c.

Step 1 Warming up
A competition.
Ask the students to look at the big screen. Flash all kinds of foods, fruits and vegetables. Let the students guess and spell the food words, and then ask the class if they like or dislike it/them.
Step2 Presentation
(在大屏幕上呈现三个盘子,分别代表- -日 三餐,并将刚刚复习的食物放入盘中,引导学生描述三餐的食谱。)
T: How many meals do we usually have every day
Ss: Three.
T: Yes, and what are they
Ss: Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
T: Right, so I have three plates for you. The first one is for breakfast, the second one is for lunch and the third one is for dinner. (The teacher leads to read breakfast, lunch and dinner. )Now I put the food into each plate. According to it, what do you have for breakfast
S1: For breakfast, I have hamburgers, tomatoes and salad.
T: Yes, great!Then what about lunch What do you have for lunch
S1: For lunch, I have eggs, rice and carrots.
T: Right!How about dinner What do you have for dinner
S1: For dinner, I have chicken, salad and ice-cream.

Step 3 Practice
Interview your classmates about what food they like and don't like for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Draw a for like and a for dislike. Fill in the chart.

Step 4 Listening
1. Play the recording in lc. The students find out the food mentioned in the conversation. Then check the answers.

2. Listen again. Fill in the chart in 1d........
(Play the recording for the first time. The students listen to the conversation and write the answers on their charts. Play the recording for the second time and then the students can check their answers. )

1. Put the food words into crret categories(种类).

2. Have a free talk. Ask the students what kind of food they think is healthy and unhealthy. Then invite several students to present their answers.
3. Make a survey.
Make a survey about the healthy and unhealthy food. Fill in the chart in 2a. Then report in class like this:
1 think..is healthy and..is not healthy/mnhealthy.
Step2 Presentation
1. Learn the new words.
Show the students a picture of Yao Ming.
T: Look, what is he doing

(3)ask sb. about sth.意为“询问某人关于某事的情况"。
①David asks the volleyball star, Cindy Smith, about her eating habits.
戴维问排球明星辛迪.史密斯关于她的饮食习惯的事.
②He asks me about my family. 他询间关于我的家庭的情况。
(4)healthy形容词,意为“健康的”,常位于连系动词后作表语或名词前作定语。
①Vegetables are healthy. (作表语)
②They are all healthy food. (作定语)
(5)really副词,意为“真正地”,多位于系动词、情态动词和助动词之后,实义动词之前,由real(adj. )+ly构成。

(6)question名词,意为“问题”,其对应词为answer.
