根据新教材“题材—功能—结构—任务”的编写原则来分析本模块的具体内容如下:本模块以“老舍和老舍茶馆”为话题,展开听说读写的语言实践活动。功能是能够在日常交往中恰当的表达自己的意图和计划,掌握介绍人物和戏剧的技巧。语法是掌握不定式作宾语的使用方法,熟记长接动词不定式作宾语的动词。任务是描述你最喜欢的作品。
本单元是整个模块的第二单元,是一节读写课教学。文章中通过介绍著名作家老舍,其作品《茶馆》及背景老舍茶馆,让学生熟知介绍作家作品等的方法。它是本模块学习的关键,为写作活动做了铺垫,形成有效的语言输出,完成任务。
三、教学对象分析
本单元的话题贴近学生生活,内容是通过对作家老舍,戏剧《茶馆》和景点老舍茶馆了解,形成有效的语言输出,完成任务,让学生了解有关传统文化的主题。在教学中反复使用词汇及句型,以不同形式反复出现,在足够的输入中达成有效的语言输出。本课的教学对象是初二学生,对学习英语有着强烈的兴趣,因此,通过小组合作,小组竞争等不同形式来激发学生。本单元的重点是掌握并熟练运用不定式,难点是能够运用不定式描述最喜欢的作家及作品。

五、教学过程
Step 1 lead-in热身感知,激活学生思维
1.Teacher shows two pictures of her Beijing travel, let students guess where I am. Ask students questions

Step 2 Reading Comprehension策略指导,培养阅读兴趣。
一.Pre-reading.
Teacher lets students read the whole passage quickly, then try to match the paragraphs.
Teacher gives the students one minute to discuss and then work in pairs to check the answers.
【设计意图】速读课文,让学生了解阅读策略,找准标题,为下一步细读课文做好铺垫。
二.While-reading.
1.Paragraph one.
(1).Teacher lets students read paragraph 1, then shows the world map about 《Tea house》, let students fill into the blank and make a short passage to describe it. Let students discuss with their group members .
(2).Teacher shows a form about 《Teahouse》, let students fill into the blank and then discuss with their partners. At last, do a pair work to ask and answer.
【设计意图】根据框架图和表格,让学生完成对戏剧茶馆的学习,让学生熟知该如何描述戏剧,为文本输出做铺垫。
2. Paragraph 2
(1).Teacher gives students one minute to read paragraph2, then shows the timeline, let students fill into the blank and try to introduce the writer Lao She to others. Let students discuss in groups, then show their ideas.
【设计意图】 根据时间顺序, 完成对作家老舍的阅读,让学生熟知介绍人物可以用的策略,培养学生小组合作意识,增强民族自信心。
3. Paragraph 3
(1).Teacher gives students one minute to read paragraph 3, then show the fish map about the place 《Lao She Teahouse》, let students answer the questions.

(一) Teacher use the world map, let students conclude how to describe the play. Then let students try to introduce the play 《Teahouse》to the whole class. Then have a show in front of the class.

(二) Teacher shows some details about one of the most famous Chinese works -《Journey to the west》, then let students discuss with their group members, try to introduce their favorite play or film. Finally, let students have a group competition, give them enough chance to show.

Step 3 Homework.

2. Choose a scene of your favorite play and practice it, then act out the scene in front of the class next lesson.(选做)
