Part A
Numbers in our life
教学目标:
复习所学过的数字1—100;
在练习、游戏中进一步巩固数字的使用;
结合身边的生活实际,创设适当的教学情景,在生活中运用数字 。
教学难点:
12、13、15、50 等的发音;十几和几十的尾音发音;数字的随机熟练使用。
教学方法:
使用多媒体课件、卡片、实物等方式进行集体互动、小组合作、个体问答等。
教学步骤:
Warm- up:
Sing a song <1,2,3,4> (once)
二、Greetings : Good morning,boys and girls.
三、Revision:
1.Question about the song:
Just now we sang a song. From it I knew once you caught a fish alive. But why did you let it go Which finger did it bite
2.Three questions for Today:

(3)How many boys in our class
3.Revise the numbers from 1-100:
e.g. 1,29,11are numbers. (Stick Numbers on the board) OK. Now let’s count them from 1 to 10. First stick them on the board in order. Ten children,please. Who is volunteer
(1)1—10 Stick them on the board in order and then read them altogether
(2)11—20;
(3)20—100;
4.Make a summary :

at 和in 的区别,选择合适的介词运用在句型中

Some numbers of the room, using the photos of each classroom in the school.

1. Show some flats of students, ask “Whose home is this ” and then tell the class it’s your home, ask them “Do you know where do I live ”
Show the address and tell the class “I live in Flat 203, Block 4, Shenye Estate.” and so on.
2. Show transparency, tell the pupils “Koko is going to Pat’s and Tim’s homes, do you want to know where do they live Let’s find out.”
3. Pupils read the sentences Pat and Tim say by each group.
4. Pair work
Pupils work in pairs and tell their partners where they live.
I live at …
1. After Koko’s visiting, Tim and Pat are going to revisit him, let’s go with them to Koko’s home.
2. Show transparency Koko’s address. Koko’s neighbor Jane says “I live at 49 Haitian Street.”
“Who knows where does Koko live Who can be Koko and tell us ”
3. Prompt some pupils to tell the class their address.
4. Make the address in full sentence. “I live in Flat 306,Block 3,Tianjian Estate, 48 Haitian Street.”
Ask the pupils to draw a simple picture of space, they can design the roads and their house, then name the roads and give them numbers.
Write down the sentences about where do they live.
e.g I live in Flat 1428, at 137 Shuixing Street.
Pupils hand their space address to the group leader, leaders read the address one by one, others should listen carefully and find out which address belongs to themselves. Who fails will not have a house to live.
Part C storytime
Point to the characters in the pictures and read their speech bubbles aloud. Ask the pupils to point to the speech bubbles as you read them.
Play the Pupils Book Cassette for the pupils and ask them to say the sentences after the cassette.
Point out the Chinese characters and pinyin for the street names which sound the same.
Ask the pupils to role play the story in groups of three and to read the characters’ speech bubbles. Some groups may like to come to the front and act the story, using chairs as props for the car.
You may use Storycards to revise the sequence and language of the story.
Part D Tick the correct answer.
Ask the pupils to read the story again. Tell them to look at the addresses on the envelopes. Only one of them is the correct address for the characters in the story. Check the answer using Transparency.
Part E Say the sound and the words.
Play the Pupil’s Book Cassette and ask the pupils to listen to the sound and the words. Point out the spelling of this sound. It is important that the pupils realize the consonant sound is spelt with two letters. There is no difference between this sound and single letter w sound where are pronounced in exactly the same way. Another example of a word that the pupils know beginning with wh is white.
Say the words slowly and clearly. Check that the pupils are saying the sound correctly.
Point to the pictures and check that the pupils can say the words without your model.
Ask the pupils to listen to the rhyme and to circle the boy’s friend .Get the pupils to repeat the rhyme.
Part F Look and do.
Make sure the pupils know their address in English. Have a list of their addresses so that you can help them if necessary. Make a mail box out of a cardboard box with a slit cut in it .Get envelopes or have the pupils bring one in.
Tell the pupils to work in pairs. Show them the note on page 60. Read out the wording and make sure the pupils know the note is an invitation to play at each other’s home.
Read with the pupils the instructions on the page .Tell them to finish the note by writing their address on page 60.
Tell the pupils that they are going to send the note to their friend. They need to ask their friend for their address.
Demonstrate one conversation by asking one pupils Where do you live Pretend to write their address on a label when they reply.
Tell the pupils to cut out the label with their friend’s address on it and stick it on an envelope. Get envelopes to the correct children. Alternatively, the pupils can really mail the envelopes if they live in a city where the English addresses will be recognized.
Part G Listen, stick and chant.
Play the cassette and tell the pupils to stick the animals on page 60 in the places where they live.
Play the cassette again and encourage the pupils to join in with the words. Then point to one of the places shown on the page and ask the pupils to sing the correct verse.
