1、 教学目标
1.Knowledge aims:
掌握本课的重点词汇和短语,继续学习现在完成时。
2.Skill aims:
能通过图片和语境猜测词义,减轻学习过程中的压力。
培养学生的阅读能力和阅读技巧。
思维导图提高学生的口语表达能力和写作能力。
了解Topic sentence的含义并初步学习如何在口语表达和书面表达中进行运用。
3.Emotional aims:
引导学生了解过去,珍惜现在和展望未来,培养学生热爱生活的积极态度。
4.Culture awareness:
通过对北京今昔变化的对比,引导学生关注自己身边社会的变化,认清变化从而正确对待变化。
2、 学情分析
学生的水平中等,像大多数英语学习者一样,他们比较羞于开口说英语,因此在平常的课堂上就要求他们只要能说正确的简单句就可以,越是简单的表达越要去注重表达的逻辑性,在平常的教学中,已经培养他们养成绘制思维导图的习惯,因此本课中,学生已经具有一定的绘制思维导图的基本功。本课的话题是变化中的世界,对于学生来说,他们也是变化的亲历者,理解本篇文章,列出变化对他们而言不是太难的事。所以本堂课重点在于引导他们开口说英语,从单词到短语到retell,再口头作文到书面作文一步步培养的学生的听说读写能力。
3、 重点难点

如何通过语境,猜测生词、短语的意思。
