在西方国家,学生一旦不小心在学校里丢失了东西,就会写一个Lost便条,上面写出所丢物品以及联系方式。同样,当人们拾到了物品,会以同样的方式在纸上写一个Found便条。也有些学校会专门设立一个失物招领处,例如:Lost and Found(box, office, room, desk…),便于大家找回丢失的物品。
寻物启事就是寻找丢失的物品,使拾到者能通过启事中的信息及联系方式,及时把物品归还失主。招领启事就是要把拾到的东西通知丢失者来认领。招领启事的内容简洁,不详细描述拾到物品的特征,以防止别人冒领。
第一步:明确启事的格式和内容安排。
⑴ 标题:要以Lost和Found作为标题放在启事上方正中,也可以顶格写。
⑵ 内容:寻物启事要包括丢失的物品和其特点,丢失的时间、地点以及失主的有关信息;招领启事的正文包括招领物品,拾到时间、地点以及失主认领物品的地点或联系方式。
第二步: 写启事的正文。
