教学设计
1．教材分析
本课选自人教（精通）三年级起始五年级上册第三单元第三课时。本单元主要学习向别人介绍自己及家庭成员的职业、讨论自己的理想。话题与我们的生活息息相关，学生们很感兴趣。前两个课时学生已经学会了一些简单的职业表达。本课通过Wei Min在电视节目上向大家介绍自己的家庭并回答主持人的提问，进一步学习职业类的单词及询问职业和表达未来理想的句型。
2．学情分析
本课的授课对象是五年级的学生。学生具备了一定的英语知识储备，已经学会了很多职业的表达方法，能够简单的介绍自己及家人。五年级的学生活泼好动，求知欲强，喜欢竞争，热爱表现。因此本课运用了多种教学方法，充分调动学生的积极性，让他们在合作和竞争中体会到学习的乐趣。
3．教学目标
1. 能够听说读写表示职业的单词 actor, actress, factory worker.
2. 能够在语境中正确运用询问职业的句型及其回答。

Step 1 Warming up and revision

(学生跟着音乐边唱歌边做出动作，使学生在快乐的氛围中进入学习状态，并为本课讨论有关职业和家庭的话题做了很好的铺垫)

Step 2 Presentation
(老师创造真实的语言环境和学生对话交流，学习新知)
1. T: wonderful. You see, I`m a teacher and she is a--student. And look at the picture, what does she do （通过图片问答，学习询问职业的新句型）

T: Wow, she is a housewife, I think in our class maybe most of your mothers are housewives.yes Look, she should do so much housework, she is so great. Let`s big hands for our mothers.(通过Housewife 这个单词和图片让学生体会到母亲的不易和对家庭的付出)

(挨个点同学回答，进一步复习询问职业的句型)

3.（通过电视节目Chinese dream show 引出本课的文本,听录音，初步了解文本）
（1）T: You know, in the world, everyone has dreams. Someone wants to be a writer, someone wants to be a singer and soneone wants to be a scientist. In china there is a TV Show, names Chinese dream show. If you have a dream, you and your family can come to the show, they`ll provide a stage and help you realize your dream. Look, our friend Wei Min comes to the show. Let`s watch the video and see what he says
T: OK, look at the picture and tell me. Who are they
S：They are Wei Min`s parents.
T: Yes, parents means father and mother.
(2)T: now take out your paper. read the article and answer the questions. If you find the answers please underline them on the paper. (细读文本，回答问题)

Follow the tape and pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation；In groups, role play the dialogue. One is Wei Ming, others are hostess.
Step 4 consolidation and extension
1. (老师先展示自己的全家福，给学生做出示范，然后点几名同学上台展示。)
T: Look at the picture. It`s an old photo of my family. This my mother, this is my father, this is my brother and this is me.we are a happy family. Do you have any questions

In groups, one introduce yourself and your family members , others ask questions.
