Welcome to the unit教学设计
教材简解:
以Hobo和Eddie的幽默对话来开始本单元的话题“艺术”。通过对话,我们知道了Eddie喜欢绘画,因为绘画是令人愉悦的事情,但是蛋糕比绘画更令他愉悦。
Welcome to the unit是本单元的基础,主要向学生介绍六种艺术形式,谈论学生喜欢的艺术形式及理由。
目标预设:
1.知识与能力:学习、理解本课时的单词、短语和句型结构,掌握它们的基本含义及用法;
能用英语就自己喜欢的艺术展开对话。
2过程与方法:采用交际教学法,通过图片引导学生认识、了解几种艺术形式;接着采用任务教学法及听说教学法进行对话教学,引导学生谈论自己喜欢的艺术形式和艺术家
3情感、态度与价值观:培养学生的艺术情操;拓展学生的视野。
重点、难点:
1.重点:掌握单词及重点句子;了解多种艺术形式,谈论自己喜欢的艺术形式。
2.难点:能用英语就自己喜欢的艺术展开对话
设计理念:利用多媒体平台,实现生生互动,以语言发展为中心,让孩子学会用英语谈论自己喜欢的艺术形式。
设计思路:打破教材设计安排的顺序,先教授几种艺术形式,再教授Comic strip和Welcome to the unit 的对话,由易到难,由词汇到对话,这样的顺序有利于学生的学;在对话教学之前,都要有问题,让学生带走问题来听录音。有利于学生能力的提高。
教学过程:

Step 2 Presentation
1.通过多媒体展示各种艺术形式的英语表达
2.Finish Part A
Finish it alone, then check the answers together

3.Play a game
对话接龙:S1: Do you ;like ---- S2: Yes, I do. What about you S3: I like -----. And you
4.Talk about your favourite art form like this.

Step 3 Comic strip
1. I like films. What about Eddie Listen to the tape and answer the questions

3. Listen to the tape and repeat.
4. Practice in pairs and act it out.
5. Do some exercise.(把短文改成一个语篇进行首字母填空)
6. Language points. Do some exercise about them

Step 4 Part B
1. Millie and Daniel are talking about their favourite art forms too. Listen to their conversation and answer the following questions:

2.Repeat
3. Read in pairs 、 ask some groups to read and read together.
4. what about you Use this conversation as a model to talk about your favourite art forms
