Jenny: I hope to see them sometime. I have seen some of your paintings. They’re beautiful! I like art too, but I’m not very good at it. I’m not going to be a painter in the future!
Hope意为“希望”,用于表示有可能实现的愿望,其后接动词不定式,即hope to do sth .若表达希望……用“hope that从句”。
I hope to go to Tibet(西藏) some day in the future .

辨析hope wish
hope +to do/that 表示可能实现的愿望
Wish +to do /that 表示不能实现的愿望
从句中用虚拟语气。
I hope to see you tomorrow .
