You also need to have a clear a 2 and a reason for doing something because motivation(动机)is a key to achieving success. A 3 quality that helps people to be successful is creativity---thinking about things in a different way and wondering how others would do the same thing. Think about some successful people you know. They might be successful with a little creativity, but the most successful people are the most creative ones.
Reading is another quality to success, as it will help you learn about how other people have a 4 success. If you want to learn how to set up a successful business, you should read books about people like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, who have achieved amazing success in their areas of business.
Practising is also very important if you want to have success because practice makes perfect. Practise every day at w 5 career you are in, and by doing so, you will see yourself, your business and your self-confidence begin to grow. If you feel c 6 about what you do, this confidence will make other people believe in you as well. Your partners will be happy to work with you, and your boss will give you more chances. In one way of thinking, failure is part of life. In another way, failure may be a way towards success. The “spider –story” is often told. He tried six times to span (跨过) the gap. On the seventh time he made it and went on to spin his web. Bruce is said to have taken heart and to have gone to defeat the English. Edison, the inventor of the light bulb (灯泡), made hundreds of models that failed before he found the right way to make one. Once he was asked why he kept on trying to make a new type of battery when he had failed so often, he replied, “Failure I have no failure. Now I know 50,000 ways it won’t work.”
So what First, always think about your failure. What caused it Were conditions right Were you in top form yourself What can you change so things will go right next time
Second, is the goal you’re trying to reach the right one Try to do some thinking about what your real goals may be. Think about this question. “If I do succeed in this, where will it get me ” This may help you prevent failure in things you shouldn’t be doing anyway.
