Turkey is the most common main dish of a Thanksgiving dinner, to the point where Thanksgiving is sometimes colloquially called “Turkey Day.” Most Thanksgiving turkeys are stuffed with a bread-based mixture and roasted. Sage is the traditional herb added to the stuffing, along with chopped celery, carrots, and onions. Other ingredients, such as chopped chestnuts or other tree nuts, crumbled sausage or bacon, cranberries, raisins, or apples, may be added to stuffing. Deep-fried turkey is rising in popularity due to its shorter preparation time, but carries safety risks.

For many Americans, Thanksgiving dinner would not be complete without cranberry sauce. Cranberry sauce or cranberry jelly is a sauce or relish made out of cranberries, commonly associated with Thanksgiving dinner in North America and Christmas dinner in the United Kingdom. There are differences in flavor depending on the geography of where the sauce is made: in Europe it is generally slightly sour-tasting, while in North America it is sweetened.

Green bean casseroleis a casserole consisting of green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and french fried onions. It is a popular Thanksgiving side dish in the United States.
The green bean casserole was first created in 1955 by the Campbell Soup Company. Dorcas Reilly led the team that created the recipe while working as a staff member in the home economics department. The inspiration for the dish was "to create a quick and easy recipe around two things most Americans always had on hand in the 1950s”.

Good pies, including apple pie, are just as essential as the turkey. An apple pie is a fruit pie, in which the principal filling ingredient is apple. It is, on occasion, served with whipped cream or ice cream on top, or alongside cheddar cheese.
The pastry is generally used top-and-bottom, making it a double-crust pie; the upper crust may be a circular or a pastry lattice woven of crosswise strips. Depending on the baker's preference, the bottom of the double-crust may be baked first to prevent the bottom from getting soggy

Depends on how you raiseteh. In the case of free-range (free-range) feeding, no grain or feed is fed, the quality is the best, but it will take about one year to be released; in the case of free-range feeding, it will take about six months to be released; in the case of free-range feeding, it takes about 5 months to be ready for release, and about 3 months to be ready for release if it is fed in captivity, which is the worst quality.

Peanuts are planted in Apil or May. It takes around 120 to 160 days for them to be ready for harvesting. This is usually done by hand. The farmer put the peanut plants out of the ground and leaves them in the field to dry. The peanuts are then collected and separated from their vines. They are dried for some more time and then taken to the market for sale.

2.Add some oil in it when the pan is heated
3.Put the preserved chicken thigh in pan and fry it until the color of chicken change into white.
4.Put the fried chicken into a bowl.

Mix the cut ginger, green onion and the fried chicken cube in pan, fry them for 30 seconds.

Add sauce A into the ingredients
Fry them until the sauce is almost evaporated.
Turn off the fire.
Add the peanuts, fry and mix the ingredients for a few seconds.
