1. What differences are there between these two photographers
The photographer in the first picture is working on the street with a single, easy-to-carry camera.
The second photographer is working in a studio with expensive, technologically-advanced equipment.

What a photographer wants to show usually can be expressed from his/her works. You can find out his/her feelings from the color, the structure of the works.

Bill Cunningham (1929~2016) was an American fashion photographer famous for his candid photography, in particular that taken on the streets of New York. As a fashion journalist in his early career, his photography caught the attention of an American newspaper, for which he reported from 1978 until his death in 2016.
