Usage rules:falling intonation is generally used for statements and orders, to express the meaning of "integrity", "completion" and "affirmation".

Hello everyone. I've had a good time here. Firstly, I have learned to live independently. Secondly, I have learned to get along with different people and make many friends.Thirdly, I have learned to cooperate with people in a team.In my opinion, it is good for me to learn English in an English speaking country.
