library作可数名词，其复数形式为libraries。in the library意为“在图书馆”。
There are three libraries in the city.这个城市有三个图书馆。

2. Ask the teacher for it. 去老师那里拿。(教材P17 2b)
此处ask作动词，意为“请求；要求”。ask sb. for help 意为“向某人请求帮助”。
You can ask the teacher for help. 你可以向老师寻求帮助。
【拓展】ask作动词，还可意为“询问”，其反义词为answer（回答）。ask sb. (about) sth. 意为“询问某人（关于）某事”。
He asks his father, “What’s that ” 他问他的爸爸：“那是什么？”
ask v.请求；要求；询问
3. Some keys are in classroom 7E. 7E教室里有几把钥匙。 (教材P17 2b)
1)some在此处是形容词，意为“一些；某些”，既可修饰可数名词复数，又可修饰不可数名词。
some friends 一些朋友（修饰可数名词）
some water 一些水（修饰不可数名词）
2) some还可作代词，意为“有些；有的”，可用于指代可数名词复数或不可数名词。

【易混辨析】some与any
相同点 不同点
some 表示“一些”，都可以作定语，修饰可数名词复数或不可数名词。 一般用于肯定句，但当疑问句表示建议或希望得到对方的肯定回答时，也要用some。
any 一般用于否定句和疑问句中。
4. I lost my school ID card. 我丢了我的学生卡。(教材P17 2b)
lost是动词lose的过去式，意为“遗失；丢失”。其反义词为find，意为“找到;发现”。
I lost my dictionary. 我的词典丢了。
lost v.遗失；丢失
Jack is looking for the lost ball in the playground. 杰克正在操场上寻找丢失的球。
【拓展】
1) Lost可表示“寻物启事”,Found 可表示“失物招领”;lost and found 表示“失物招领处”。
2) lost还可作形容词，意为“丢失的；失去的”。
5. I must find it. 我必须找到它。 (教材P17 2b)
1) must是情态动词，其后接动词原形，没有人称和时态的变化。
2) must的否定形式为mustn’t，表示禁止，意为“不可以，不允许”。
must modal v.必须
You must finish your homework on time. 你必须按时完成家庭作业。
We mustn’t speak loud in the library. 我们不可以在图书馆里大声讲话。
find v.找到；发现
find作动词，其过去式和过去分词均为found。
You must find your notebook. 你一定要找到你的笔记本。

【易混辨析】find与look for
find 意为“找到；发现”，强调“找到”这一结果
look for 意为“寻找”，强调“寻找”这一动作，但不一定能找到。
【语境串记】Lily looked for her keys everywhere, but she didn’t find them. 莉莉到处找她的钥匙，但是没找到。
7. Call me at 685–6034. 拨打电话685–6034找我。 (教材P17 2b)
call在此处作及物动词。常用结构有：
call v. (给……)打电话
Please call me later. 请晚点给我打电话。
You can call 110 for help. 你可以拨打110求助。
You can call Alan at 284–3837. 你可以拨打284–3837找艾伦。
call sb. 给某人打电话
call+电话号码 拨打……(号码)
call sb. at+电话号码 拨打……(号码)找某人
