开场白
Good morning, judges!I’m number ____candidate. I am very happy to stand here to share my lesson. I’m going to present the ____ from __to____of unit____. The title /topic is“_do you want to watch a game show _____板书__” . I divide my design into six parts.
Part 1, analysis of teaching material
主题(主要内容)+ 作用(知道教材内容+具体作用)
The topic is about . After this class ,students will know How 。。。and 文化意义/道理。It’s a reading material, so I will pay attention to improving their reading skills.
Part 2 , analysis of students.
My students are in Grade 。。They are active and they can cooperate with others .But sometimes, they can’t keep their attention for a long time. I will use some specific tasks or games to attract their attention.
Part 3 , teaching aims
Based on the analysis of teaching material, students,the new curriculum standard of English,I set 4 teaching aims
First ,Language ability: students should
Master some new words、phrases(自己根据课本中的提炼重点)such as famous, be ready to .. and understand the main idea and logic order
(understand the usage of…语法)
Second Learning ability students should
Master reading strategies such as skimming and scanning
Third , Thinking quality students should
Know how to discover ,analyze and summarize.
Fourth Cultural awareness (知道什么以及怎么做) students can
Realize the importance of/ ….and learn how to …/learn from.人and
As for the important point, I think it’s to help student
Understand the new words, phrases/sentences, main idea and logic order of this passage.
The difficult point is
How to master the reading strategies
Part 4 teaching methods
I will mainly apply Task-based teaching method, communicative method and situational approach.
Part 5 teaching procedures
Also, the most important part. It can be divided into 4 steps.
Step 1 lead-in
I will show students some pictures/play a short vedio about…. I will ask students to name them out/ will ask two questions(ask students about their feelings. Then, they can have a hot discussion together)This part aims to make them relaxed and attract their attention.
Step 2 pre-reading
I will ask students to look at the picture/title in this passage and ask them to predict the main idea. Then, I will remind them to guess or pass the new words when they are reading. Also, they should pay attention to the first sentence of each paragraph. This part aims to get them ready for the following reading.
Step 3 while-reading (可根据课本后练习题)
In this part, I will give them some tasks.
One, Skimming. I will ask students to read the passage quickly (and complete the time line./divide the passage into three parts / find out the order of events)/find out the basic structure of this passage. I will draw something on the board to remind them ___板书框架 what__.(Then, they should finish the task in ..(finish文章任务1)After that , we check together.) This part aims to get the logic order/main idea of the passage. 找结构/大意
Two, scanning. I will ask the students to scan the passage and (answer my questions about the/ finish the task in)/complete the map. 板书:补上细节(Then, they should finish the task in 。。after that, we check together ).This part aims to get more detailed information.
Three, filling in the blank
I will list some new words/phrase,__板书___ and explain them. Then I will design a form and students need to fill in the form. This part aims to help students understand the usage of the phrases.
Task four, discussing/complete the sentence(有任务完成任务、没有的话discussion)
I will set some open questions and students need to think about them and discuss with each other. Then I will invite some of them to share their opinions. This part aims to improve their thinking abilities.
Step 4 post reading – retelling group work
According to the logic order and key words, students need to work in groups to retell the passage. I will invite some of them to show their work. This part aims to deepen their understanding of this passage and prepare for the writing. retelling

The last part summary
During my teaching, students can learn some new words and phrases, understand the passage well, and increase their reading abilities. I always try my best to get class alive and encourage the students to cooperate and communicate with each other. I hope that after this class, they can learn to …. So this is my brief presentation.
