need在此处作实义动词,有人称和数的变化,其后可以跟名词、代词或动词不定式作宾语。其否定形式在need前加don't或doesn't。

【易混辨析】one 与 it
one 指代与前面提到的事物同属一类的事物, 但并非同一个事物,即“同类异物”。指代同类事物中的一些, 用ones。
it 指代上文提到的同一事物, 即“同类同物”。

(1)take 在此句中作动词,意为“买下”,相当于buy。
