通告往往有一个标题，使人能迅速了解通告是关于哪方面的内容。
通告应言简意赅。通告中常用祈使句、简单句，少用修饰性词语。
关于举办某项活动的通告要列明活动的时间、地点、参与对象、活动内容等基本信息。
对于邀请他人前来参加活动的通告，语言要具有感染力，可配图片，起到吸引注意力的作用。
根据通告的写作特点，选择应在通告中使用的句子。
