来中国之前,我吃过一些口味大胆的中国菜,可能不是那么正宗,比如左宗棠鸡,它是由炸鸡加了甜酱做成的。然而食物并不能告诉我关于中国人的太多信息。到了北京后,我有机会品尝了厨师推荐的花椒。然后在山东,那里最有名的食物是包着大葱的煎饼,我注意到家庭对那里的人很重要。我喜欢吃加醋的水饺。后来,我有机会品尝了羊肉串,这是新疆北部的一种传统食物。之后,我从华南旅行到华中,品尝了从广东优雅的点心到河南特色的烩面。
至少,当地人消费的食物能告诉我们很多关于他们的信息。文化和美食确实是相辅相成的。

After arriving in Beijing,I had a chance to experience Sichuan peppercorns recommended by the chef.

Then in Shandong Province,where the most famous food is pancake rolls stuffed with sliced Chinese green onions,I observed that family is important to the people there.

Later,I got a chance to taste lamb kebab, a traditional food of northern Xinjiang.

After that,I travelled from South China to central China,experiencing dishes from Guangdong’s elegant dim sum to the exceptional stewed noodles in Henan.

众所周知,糖在我们日常生活中起到尤其重要的作用,然而,美国医学会警告说,糖分都会成为健康杀手,如果我们每天从糖分中摄取25%或更高的卡路里,无论我们吃得多么健康。
所以,要保持健康,最根本的关键是少吃甜点和甜饮料。此外,我们最好食用不同种类的水果和蔬菜,而不是糖分量高的加工食品。另外,摄取一些肉类、豆类或奶制品也十分重要因为理想的饮食是均衡饮食。最后,不咀嚼过快,有规律的饮食习惯以及摄入适量的食物也是一个不错的选择
