Tea is one of the most popular drinks in the world.Dian cha is a tea art from the Song Dynasty(宋朝).First pour water over fine powdered(粉状的)tea to create a paste(糊). Then add more hot water constantly whisking(不断地搅动) it by hand with a bamboo whisk.Finally,“draw” on the tea foam(泡沫).
“It’s like adding beauty to tea, so drinking tea is more fun,” said 40-year-old Han Zheming. Han has been interested in dian cha since childhood.“My mother loves traditional culture and I have been interested in it under her influence, said Han.
After he graduated from university in 2006, Han began working on dian cha. He said during the process of dian cha, the foam is like paper while the tea paste is like ink. But“drawing” on the tea foam is not easy.
