电子邮件是一种网上书面交流的文体,其内容与书信没有区别,可以是记叙一件事,讨论一些问题,说明某个事理,解释某个原因等。主要有致歉信、求助信、邀请信、求职信等。开头部分一般要点明写邮件的目的,引出邮件的主要内容,正文是电子邮件的主要部分,可以把话题分成几个小部分,结尾表示客套和礼节。

How is everything going with you I went on a trip to Hainan with my family during the summer holiday.We went there by plane.After we got off the plane,we went to the beach to see the beautiful sand and swim there.There were other people there too.Some people were surfing and some people were diving in the deeper part of the sea.Afterwards we had lunch at a seafood restaurant near the beach,where we ate delicious seafood.
It was definitely an exciting trip.If I have a chance to go there again,I will be more than happy.
