教学内容分析:
本课是新目标英语七年级上册第8单元,教材以“谈论日期”为中心话题,学习日期的询问与表达,询问并回答生日,正确使用when引导的特殊疑问句,进而学习活动的日期安排,合理安排自己的日程。
本节课是Section B 2a-3b部分,本课教学内容从阅读一篇学校活动安排的通知,到尝试撰写自己的活动安排,同时邀请他人参加某项活动,本课时的学习内容非常贴近学生的学习生活。本节课属于阅读写作课,是语言输入和输出的重要环节。
学生情况分析:
(1)七年级学生求知欲望和表现欲望都很强,乐于发表的看法,有利于课堂任务的完成。
(2)七年级的学生经过三个多月对新目标教材任务性学习法的了解,初步掌握了一些如何开展结对活动和小组活动的方法,初步进行了阅读训练和简单的单句、段落的写作训练。
(3)学生已经通过Section A的学习掌握了日期的表达,具备流利朗读课文,初步理解课文内容的能力,能进行简单地交际。
教学目标分析:
在本节课结束时,学生能够达到以下目标:
知识与能力:
1. 掌握本部分词汇和常见的学校活动的表达方式,并能熟练询问其日期。
2. 能听懂有关学校组织活动话题的听力材料,并能获得相关信息。
3. 能阅读有关学校组织活动内容的短文,并能写出有关活动安排的简单文段。
过程与方法:
通过自主学习、小组学习和小组讨论,使学生在一定程度上形成自主学习、合作学习的能力,并培养他们进行有效交际、提取信息的英语思维能力。
情感态度与价值观:
通过互相询问课内外活动的安排日程,不仅可以增进同学之间的了解和友情,而且还能促进学生学会合理地安排自己的作息时间,养成有规律地生活、学习的好习惯。
教学重点、难点分析:
教学重点:
1) 熟悉以下单词和词组:art,festival,dear,student, thing, term, busy,time,there ,have a good time等。
2)阅读短文,获得相关信息,提高综合阅读能力。
教学难点:
1)能阅读有关学校组织活动内容的短文,并能获得相关信息。
2)尝试用以上单词词组写一个邀请朋友参加自己活动的便条。

教学过程:
Step 1、Warming up and revision (4mins)
1、Daily greeting to the students.
2、Review:Review the vocabulary of month terms and ordinal numbers by a game.

Step 2 Pre-reading
1、Leading in (3mins)
Play a short video of different activities at school.Look and answer what activities we have this term.
2、Presentation(3mins)

【设计意图】用大家所喜爱动画片引入新课能很快集中学生注意力,在教师提问和学生回答的过程中引入本课几个重点词汇。这样能使学生在摆脱干背英语词组过程的同时,也能了解如何在具体语境中使用它们,这无疑对学生的词汇运用能力起了关键作用。
